ICM Plus
With ICM Plus you don't just see who's calling and send them messages. Play
up to six different messages. Customize them in your own voice for a personal
touch. You can take the call or transfer it to another number. If you choose
to answer, our system will let the caller know what's happening, then it
will hold the call giving you a chance to disconnect from the Internet
temporarily. The call is then released to your number, which is free to take
the call. You can then reconnect after you finish your call. The transfer
feature is great if you have a cellular phone or have another phone line.
You can choose up to four pre-set numbers so transferring is as simple as
clicking a couple of buttons. Here are the call control features of ICM Plus:
When someone calls you while you're on the Internet, the call is forwarded
to an ICM server. The ICM server collects the caller's information and sends
it across the Internet to your computer screen. A pop-up window shows you
information about the caller, and allows you to choose one of the following
options:

Answer - ICM can automatically drop your Interent connection and put a call
directly through to your phone number. You can't live without this option
in an emergency. When you are finished with the call, just reconnect and
you are back online.

Acknowledge - the caller is notified that you see their call and is asked
to leave a message. This notifies the caller that you know they have left
a message. Whereas with the telephone company's voice mail you have to wait
until you get off the Internet to hear your message.

Ignore - your callers will only hear ringing, so you can continue to surf
in total privacy. Perfect for handling calls from telemarketers.

Transfer - if you have a cellular or another line you can select Transfer
and the call will be redirected anywhere in the US or Canada immediately
to the number you choose. Your Internet session will not be interrupted.

ICM Deluxe
Internet Call Manager Deluxe has its own voice mail system included right
in the service. ICM Deluxe offers all the features of ICM Plus as well as
the following:

ICM Voice Mail - does all the things you would expect of voice mail. It stores
sound digitally, provides message waiting indication and allows you to pick
up messages from any Touch-Tone phone

Personalized Messages - You can use easy push-button menus on your mailbox
to record your own messages for the Acknowledge and Answer feature. It's
a great way to have fun surfing the Internet!

Answer - the caller is advised that you wish to take their call. They are
put on hold while you disconnect from the Internet, then the call is put
through. You will hear you phone ring. When you have finished the call, just
reconnect to the Internet and you are back online.

ICM Direct
Our newest service, ICM Direct allows you to start using our service even
if we have not yet make arrangements with your local telephone company to
be able to forward busy calls to our equipment. With Direct, you tell your
friends and family about a special toll-free number that they can use to
reach you while you're on the Internet. They give this number a call, enter
your telephone number, then the Call proceeds just like ICM Classic (see
Classic call control features in previous page). It's a great way to get
started, and we advise you when Classic and Plus service becomes available
in your area.
