When someone calls while you're on the Internet, Internet Call Manager (ICM) lets you know instantly with a pop up window showing the caller's information. You can handle the call in one of the following ways:

• Send the call to Web voicemail. ICM's voicemail collects messages while you're on-line. The Message Waiting button on your  internet call waiting software lets you know how many new messages are waiting for you, simply click it to get to your personal Web voicemail page. Send them a message to call you back later (they'll hear a voice telling them that you know they have called but you are on the internet),

• Play the caller a message, either "I'll Call You Back" or "You Call Me Back". ICM comes with system messages already installed and you can record new messages any time. Simply click the Custom Greeting button on your ICM software for details.

• Ignore the call. Your caller will hear ringing and you can continue to surf in privacy.
